Taught by Dave Kelso
The author of Moose Hunting, Calling, Decoying, and
Stalking, Dave Kelso will sharing his secrets for
calling and hunting moose during this three-day,
four-night clinic held in northwestern Maine.
Attendees will learn how to call moose during the
three phases of the rut. Pre-season scouting, how to
pattern moose and identifying the areas they will
use. The proper use of scents and decoying moose
will all be covered. How to set-up on a moose with
bow or gun and reading their body language will be
included in this informative workshop. How to video
tape a hunt will also be covered.
Dave is going to share all he knows about hunting
and guiding for moose. You will see why he is on his
way to attaining 100 kills for clients.
The course will be held at Northern Hideaway,
T15-R15 Aroostook County, Maine. Cost of the course
includes lodging and meals, as well as calls and a
CD of moose sounds. Guest will have some free time
to sample the great muskie fishing in front of the
camps as well.
Class size is limited to 10.
